Evaluation of transgenic plants expressing CcCKS gene against different abiotic stress conditions. Two-week-old seedlings of WT, VT, and CcCKS-transgenics were subjected to 150 mM mannitol, 125 mM NaCl for 7 days. In each treatment 20 seedlings were used. Treated seedlings were allowed to recover for 7 days at 20 ± 1°C temperature. Later, seedlings were transferred to soil and allowed to grow for 3 weeks under normal conditions, and were photographed.
