Defined as 14 drinks/week for men; >7 drinks/week for women.

Defined as number of the following dietary components: ≥4.5 cups/day of fruits and vegetables, ≥3 servings/day of whole grains, <1,500 mg/day of sodium, ≤450 kcal/week of sugary beverages, and ≥3.5 ounces of fish twice per week.

Defined as fasting glucose ≥126 mg/dL, HbA1c ≥6.5%, or use of antidiabetes medication.
