(A) to (F) Tobacco epidermal cells were cotransformed with agrobacteria carrying vectors containing Pro35S-UUAT1-GFP with the cis-Golgi marker α-Mannosidase-I-Cherry ([A] to [C]) or the ER marker wall-associated kinase-2-signal peptide-mCherry-HDEL ([D] to [F]). GFP labeling colocalized with the Golgi marker (C) but not with the ER marker (F). Bars = 5 μm.
