Proportion of isolated Aeromonas species from direct plating. The proportion of Aeromonas species in each sampling point was investigated using direct plating, with colonies on 3 RAM and 3 XDCA plates using water samples of 100 times concentration except for 10 times sample of F well and original sample of H well.
