Relative mRNA expression of 13 genes that were selected after the screening. hMVECs were cultured in normoxia for 14 days, not transfected and stimulated for 24 h with VEGF-A/TNFα in normoxia [Un (20 % O₂), white bar] or cultured in prolonged hypoxia for 14 days, not transfected and stimulated for 24 h with VEGF-A/TNFα in hypoxia [Un (1 % O₂), black bar].
