Feed: Chinese hamster ovary cell supernatant in PBS at ~4 mg ml−1 total protein with 1 mg ml−1 IgG at 22 ± 2 °C.
90% ethanol was used as the solvent. All others used DI water.
Acid: strong and weak acid monomers, PEG: monomers having ethylene glycol groups, HPO MAs: methacrylates with hydrophobic side chains, Hydroxy: hydroxyl monomers, and Amine: amine monomers.
