Efluor450-labeled SIY-specific 2C CD8+ T cells were adoptively transferred to mice 5 days after C1498.SIY i.v. injection. On the same day with T cell transfer, mice (n = 3) were treated daily with IL-33 (1 μg/mouse) or PBS as control for 7 days. Spleens were harvested for analysis. (A) The frequency of donor 2C T cells (1B2+CD8+) among the entire CD8+ T cell population. (B) Efluor450 dilution of transferred 2C T cells.
