B16 melanoma cells (4 × 105) with or without MSCs (8 × 105) from lal +/+ or lal −/− FVB/N mice were intravenously co-injected into lal +/+ FVB/N mice. Seven days later, the blood, lung and spleen were harvested for flow cytometry analysis of the percentage of CD8+ T cells (A), CD4+ T cells (B), and Ly6G+CD11b+ MDSCs (C).
