B16 melanoma cells (4 × 10⁵) with or without MSCs (8 × 10⁵) from lal ^+/+ or lal ^−/− FVB/N mice were intravenously co-injected into lal ^+/+ FVB/N mice. Seven days later, the blood, lung and spleen were harvested for flow cytometry analysis of the percentage of CD8⁺ T cells (A), CD4⁺ T cells (B), and Ly6G⁺CD11b⁺ MDSCs (C).
