Wound healing assay was conducted to measure migration capacity of control (SKOV3 shScr), FHC-silenced (SKOV3 shFHC) and FHC-restored (SKOV3 shFHCpc3FHC) cells. FHC-silencing promotes cellular migration at 4, 6, 12 and 24 h. This ability is reduced by transiently FHC-reconsitution. Wound size was quantified by ImageJ 64 software. Images and quantification are representative of three different experiments and the values are given as mean +/− SD. *p value ≤ 0.05 compared with SKOV3 shScr. °p value ≤ 0.05 compared with shFHC.
