HCT116 p53 +/+ cells were transfected with sh or shSrc construct as described in the text and cells were analyzed for ROS levels upon treatment with H2O2 at 30 min with or without NAC pretreament A. sh and shSOCS1 cells transfected with sh or shSrc were subject to treatment with H2O2.
