Exponentially growing cells were counted using a hemocytometer and introduced into T75 flasks at a density of 10⁶ cells per 10 ml of D-MEM medium. Specific growth plots were generated using Graphpad Prism 5.0, modelled after the Gompertz growth equation. n = 3
