A, co‐immunoprecipitation of rabbit portal vein tissue lysates with anti‐phosphorylated serine (pSer) and threonine (pThr) antibodies followed by western blotting (WB) with an anti‐TRPC1 antibody shows that basal TRPC1 phosphorylation is increased by pre‐treatment with BAPTA‐AM for 10 min, and that this increase was reduced by STIM1 shRNA1 and coapplication of GF109203X.
