Akt mediates RSV-induced eNOS phosphorylation and NO production in endothelial cells. (A and B) HUVECs were infected with control or Akt siRNA for 48 h. Then, cells were exposed to RSV at 10 μmol/L for 6 h. Total cell lysates were analyzed by Western blot for the indicated proteins in (A).
