MCF-7 cells were treated with 1 μM of JA for 24 h. Immunoprecipitation was performed with antibodies against SF3B1, SF3B3 or non-specific IgG. Western blotting was performed with the indicated antibodies. The heavy chain (HC) of the IgG served as loading control. Cropped blot is shown from one representative experiment.
