Fluorescence intensity decay of a mixture of 60 μM OG-GSH and 30 μM GST-mC with 880 nm excitation and detection in the acceptor window. Biexponential fitting yields rise and decay times of 0.25(±0.01) ns and 3.64(±0.02) ns, respectively. The fit parameters imply a turning point of the data set of 0.66(±0.02) ns.
