Serum 25OHD3 and 24,25(OH)2D3 correlated negatively with urinary (tetrahydrocortisol+5α tetrahydrocortisol)/ tetrahydrocortisone ((THF+5αTHF)/THE ratios, and positively with urinary cortisol/cortisone (F/E) ratios.
