Cytotoxicity of As2O3 to WSU-CLL cells. WSU-CLL cells were cultured without or with different concentrations of As2O3 for 24, 48, 72 and 96 h. Cell viability was determined based on trypan blue exclusion. Control cell viability was set at 100%, and the survival relative to the control is presented.
