A BLASTN comparison was carried out for ϕJoe, the five sequenced phages with a ϕJoe-like integrase, the three closest whole-genome matches, and the well-characterized R4 phage. The E value cutoff was set to 1 × 10⁻¹⁰⁰ and the high-scoring segment pairs (HSPs) to 100; ribbons are colored by genomic regions as defined in Fig. 1 and depicted above the Circos plot. The histograms above each genome are colored to reflect relative homology to the ϕJoe sequence based on BLAST score (red > orange > green > blue).
