Expected and observed 95 % CL upper limits on ${\mathit{\sigma }}_{Z^{\prime }}\times \text{BR}(Z^{\prime }\to a+\mathit{\gamma })\times \text{BR}(a\to \mathit{\gamma }\mathit{\gamma })$.
