4T1 TDLN B cells were adoptively transferred with or without IL-2 administration in mice with intramammary fat pad 4T1 tumors. After 2 weeks, the number of pulmonary metastases per mouse was enumerated. Each symbol represents an individual mouse. Two independent experiments are shown. Data are shown as mean ±SEM. p-values are indicated and determined by Student's t-test.
