Six of the seven CIS-PTM patients each contained two highly reactive rhAbs (33-50%), meaning the OD450 of the rhAb at 20 and 10 μg/mL was more than 2 standard deviations above the mean OD450 of healthy donor (HD) rhAbs at 20 μg/mL. The names of the positive rhAbs are designated for each titration curve. A dashed line in each graph represents the threshold for positive binding.(b.)
