Region of interest analysis of changes in VT [11C]DPN in the brainstem. (A) PAG (yellow), pontine (red) and medullary (green) regions of interest were defined for each subject allowing extraction of mean [11C]DPN VT. (B) Analysis of the PAG cluster and entire ROI showed a decrease in VT with DBS for every patient that was significant at a group level for the cluster.
