(B) Densitometric analysis of GSK-3β phosphorylation (phospho-GSK-3β/GSK-3β ratio). A strong (p = 0.0006) GSK-3β phosphorylation was observed in the GED group compared to the H20 and DSS groups, whereas there were not significant modulations between the latter two groups.
