The sGC stimulators enhance the apoptotic effect of cisplatin. UM1 (A) and CAL27 (B) cells were treated with YC-1 (left panels) or BAY (right panels) at the indicated doses, alone or together with cisplatin for 48h. Cells were stained with Annexin V and pro-pidium iodide and were analyzed by flow cytometry.
