K-space center-line are Fourier Transformed to SI projections, from which cardiac and respiratory SG signal was calculated. The amplitude of the respiratory SG signal was used to generate Gaussian weighted masks for respiratory motion soft-gating. K-space data was binned into multiple cardiac phases based on the cardiac triggers calculated by peak detection based on the cardiac SG signal.
