Prediction accuracy was indicated by Pearson's correlation coefficient (r), coefficient of determination (R²) and normalized mean squared error (nMSE) between predicted and actual treatment effectiveness. Significance (P-value) was determined with a random permutation test (50 000 iterations). Significant regions and statistics were displayed in bold. Cross validation was based on a leave-one-subject-out framework.
