B, HPLC of active fraction on a Synergi Fusion-RP column (250 × 3 mm) using a gradient of ACN concentration (0–30% for 1 min, 30–50% for 30 min) in the presence of 0.1% TFA and a flow rate of 0.5 ml/min.
