For a single seed wavelength of λSEED = 242.2 nm, we can maximize the magnetic domain contrast at the Pt N7 edge at 71.6 eV (H14) and simultaneously get a comparable signal for H12 at 61.4 eV at the Co M2,3 edge. (c) Element specific magnetic domain patterns for Pt and Co reconstructed from a single difference hologram. The respective element specific real space information for Co and Pt does not overlap. Note that the pixels correspond to different real-space coordinates due to the different XUV wavelengths employed.
