The table numbers show the FP per Megabase in context to coverage and MAA while the different colors indicate the corresponding MRA levels. We simulated MAFs of 20, 10, 4, 2 and 1% (using the sim_135VAR dataset) and detected at MAA cutoffs from four to 20 bases to support a variant.
