(a) Mouse STHdh Q7 and Q111 cells were cultured at 33 °C for 48 h. (b) Human iPSC from 33Q (Control) and 60Q (HD) individuals were differentiated into MSNs for 54 days as previously described⁶⁵,⁶⁶, and transferred to minimal differentiation medium with (+) or without (−) BDNF for 48 h.
