HCT116 (A) and H1299 (B) cells suspended in serum complete media containing different concentrations of MLE (0-700 µg/ml) were added into plate coated with fibronectin. After 2 h, attached cells on the bottom of plate were quantified. Statistically significant differences among groups were indicated with different letters (a-c, p<0.05 by Duncan test).
