GUIDED-HF Inclusion and Exclusion Criteria.

Inclusion Criteria	Exclusion Criteria
1. Age ≥21 years 2. Prior history of HF 3. Patients deemed by emergency physician to have AHF 4. Discharge from ED or ED based, 23-hour observation unit	1. Systolic BP <100 mmHg 2. Evidence of acute coronary syndrome based on typical symptoms and ischemia on ECG or Troponin elevation 3. Outpatient inotrope infusion 4. Unable to comply with protocol-due to psychiatric disease or distance from the hospital
