(B) HEK293 cells were transfected with PyMT and treated with 250 nM saracatinib and analyzed as in A. (C) HT-29 cells were treated with 1 μM saracatinib and analyzed as in A. (D) Rat1 cells were treated with 100 nM ouabain. Endogenous Taz as well as level of endogenous active Src (pSrc-416) were detected by immunoblot.
