Hap1 immunostaining of the SB-enriched fractions from mouse brains. Postnatal day 11 WT and Het P2 fractions derived with strategy 1 (Fig. 1D) (A) or P1 fractions derived with strategy 2 (Fig. 1F) (B) were loaded on glass slides and immunostained with a Hap1 antibody.
