Etv5 deficiency decreases the ectopic expression effects of IL-10 inducing transcription factors. A-C, WT and Etv5-deficient naïve CD4+ T cells were cultured under Th2 cell condition for 5 days. After one day of culture, cells were transduced with control or transcription factor-expressing retrovirus. On day 5, cells were stimulated with PMA/Ionomycin for 6 hours to assess IL-10 production using intracellular staining analysis.
