Ultraconverseved element coverage of annotation types throughout the Drosophila genome. Here, we show the percentage of base pairs within our UCEs coveraged by each annotation type in turn. Note that the single largest fraction of bases is covered by no known annotation yet cumulatively more bases are covered by portions of protein-coding genes (CDS, introns, and UTRs collectively) than not.
