A. The A549 sublines pTRE and Tet-On Rig-G were cultured, respectively, in the absence or presence of Dox (2 μg/mL) for 24 h. Nuclear protein from A549 cells was isolated. The expression of the indicated protein was analyzed by Western blot. B. Double-color immunofluorescence analysis was performed with the combination of anti- Rig-G (red) and anti-p65 (green).
