Western blot analysis of N. gonorrhoeae MS11-A exposed to heat shock at 42°C for the number of minutes indicated above each lane and whole cell extracts subsequently prepared. Equal volumes of extract from each sample were fractionated on a 12% polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis gel. The membrane was incubated with the polyclonal antibody raised against E. coli RpoH.
