According to quantitative reverse-transcriptase PCR (columns) and flow cytometry, clones of the blue lineage were CD38+/CD226−, green CD38−/CD226−, and yellow CD38−/CD226+. Blue clones were CD5−, yellow CD5+, green CD5+ or CD5−. One of the yellow clones (clone 61) partially lost CD5 during cultivation.
