A. PC-like cells were stimulated for 2 h with Pam3CSK4 (1 μg/ml) and PGN (10 μg/ml), after which nuclear extracts were prepared and translocation of NF-κB subunits (p65, p52, p50, RelB and c-Rel) in nuclear extracts was determined by TransAM assay. B. PC-like cells transfected with NOD2-siRNA were stimulated for 2 h with PGN (10 μg/ml), after which nuclear extracts were prepared and translocation of NF-κB subunit c-Rel in nuclear extracts was determined by TransAM assay. Absorbance at 450 nm represents corresponding DNA-binding activity of NF-κB subunits. Data are shown as means ± SD of three independent experiments, n.s., not significant; **P < 0.01; ***P < 0.001.
