(A) Representative pictures of immunostaining showed RSPOs expression were positive in human fibrotic liver tissue, whereas they were negative in human normal liver tissue (bar = 50 μm, magnification × 400). (B) The mRNA levels of RSPOs were significantly higher in human fibrotic liver tissue (n = 32) compared with human normal liver tissue (n = 10). (C) Western Blot assay indicated RSPOs were overexpressed in human fibrotic liver tissue.
