A, B. 253J-Bv and T24 cells were initially treated with 5 mM NAC and then incubated for 24 h or 48 h with or without 10 μM curcumin and 10 μM cisplatin. After incubation, samples were subjected to SDS-PAGE gels and immunoblotted with antibodies against phospho-ERK1/2, ERK1/2, p-STAT3, STAT3, p53, p21, Bax, Bcl-2, or XIAP. The images represent three experiments showing similar results.
