A. Expression of LCN2 was dramatically increased in C4-2B and 22RV1 cells infected with a lentivirus encoding the LCN2 gene. B. A cell proliferation assay revealed that overexpression of LCN2 significantly enhanced the growth rate of C4-2B and 22RV1 cells. The knockdown of LCN2 markedly inhibited cell growth in C4-2B and 22RV1 cells. D. A colony formation assay confirmed that LCN2 overexpression promotes the proliferation of C4-2B and 22RV1 cells.
