CoIPs with Med17-HA were performed from cells grown in light medium (¹⁴N, light), control CoIPs with wild type cells were performed in parallel (mixing after purification, MAP) from metabolically labeled cells (¹⁵N, heavy). The plotted log₂-transformed heavy-to-light (H/L) protein ratios and log₁₀ iBAQ values are median values calculated from three biological replicates. Nonspecifically captured proteins have a log₂ H/L protein ratio around 0, whereas specific interaction partners show up with negative log₂ H/L protein ratios. The size of a data points correlates with the number of peptides identified for the corresponding protein. Proteins from the same complex, and proteins with related functions are depicted in the same color. The complete data set is given in Supplemental Table S1.
