CoIPs with Med13-HA were performed from cells grown in light medium (¹⁴N, light), control CoIPs with wild type cells were performed in parallel (mixing after purification, MAP) from metabolically labeled cells (¹⁵N, heavy). The plotted log₂-transformed heavy-to-light (H/L) protein ratios and log₁₀ iBAQ values are median values calculated from three biological replicates.
