Isolation and characterization of TESA exovesicles. (A) Crude TESA isolated from infected Vero cell culture supernatant was concentrated by ultrafiltration, and a supernatant (lane 1) and EV pellets from two different batches (lanes 2 and 3) were isolated by ultracentrifugation as described in Materials and Methods.
