DYRK2 suppressed the activity of miR-622 on migration and invasion of CRC cells. (A–D) Expression of DYRK2 was increased when cotransfection of miR-622 mimics and pcDNA3.1-DYRK2-3′UTR-del compared to single transfection of miR-622 mimics, determined by real time PCR and Western blot.
