An elderly male with long-lasting Ps coexistent with newly developed BP showing psoriatic partially eroded plaques, particularly severe on the lumbar skin (A), and tense blisters superimposed on a psoriatic plaque on the shin (B) in whom direct immunofluorescence on nonlesional peribullous skin using laser scanning confocal microscopy for visualization demonstrated IgG4 deposits along the dermal-epidermal junction (C) and ELISA revealed elevated levels of serum IgG antibodies to both BPAG1 and BPAG2 (both levels above 200 RU/ml, both cut-off levels 20 RU/ml)
