LncRNA-ROR was significantly elevated in CRC tumor tissues compared with the paracarcinoma tissues; (B) Analysis of lncRNA-ROR expression level in 8 cell lines; (C) Analysis of transfection efficiency in HT29 cells and M5 cells. HT29 cells were transfected with NC-shRNA or lncRNA-shRNA and M5 cells were transfected with LV-Vector or LV-ROR. Total RNA was detected by qRT-PCR and GAPDH was used as an internal control.
