During COD testing all groups showed similar total exploration times (A). As expected, control (n = 10) rats explored an out-of-context object significantly more than a familiar object; (***p = 0.001); however, exploration between objects for the CDDP-P25 (n = 10) and CDDP-P35 (n = 10) rats was not different (B).
